Terms & Conditions
Last updated 11 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to bookings made with PH Barbers, 214 St George's Road, Bolton BL1 2PH. By booking an appointment with us you agree to them.
Bookings and appointments
You can request an appointment online through this website. An online booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message with a reference number. Please arrive on time. If you are running late, let us know; where a full appointment can no longer fit before the next client, we may need to shorten or rearrange it.
Changes and cancellations
Plans change, and that is fine. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment yourself at any time on the Manage a booking page, using your reference and the mobile you booked with. Please give us as much notice as you can so the slot can be offered to someone else. Repeated missed appointments without notice may affect our ability to hold future bookings for you.
Prices and payment
Because every head of hair is different, the price for your service is confirmed when you book or in the chair, and is payable on the day. We will always tell you the price before we start.
Your service
Our barbers use their professional judgement to give you the best result for your hair and the style you ask for. Please tell us before we start about any allergies, sensitivities or skin conditions so we can look after you properly. Individual results naturally vary from person to person.
Website content
Information on this site is provided in good faith to help you plan a visit. Opening hours can change, so please check the live hours on our Google listing. Customer review quotes shown on this site are reproduced as published on Google.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law, or our liability for anything that cannot be excluded by law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of this website.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
