Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Booking details you give us: your name, mobile number, the service, date and time, and any notes you add.
• Basic technical data needed to run the website securely, such as request logs. A single session cookie is used only for the shop's admin area; the public site does not set advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

We use your details to manage your appointment, to send you a booking confirmation, and to send appointment reminders by text message (and email, if that is ever added). The lawful bases are taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in running the shop and reducing missed appointments. Reminders relate only to your booking; we do not send marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers only to deliver these messages on our behalf: a messaging provider to send text reminders, and, where used, an email provider. We do not sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your booking information for as long as we need it to manage appointments and keep basic business records, and then delete it. You can ask us to remove your details sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and you can object to certain uses. To do any of this, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
